For the sausage spread, chop the onion and garlic cloves. Heat 1 tablespoon of the olive oil in a pan and sauté the onion until translucent.

Towards the end, add the garlic and marjoram and sauté briefly. Remove from heat and let cool.

Cut the tofu into pieces. Drain kidney beans and rinse briefly.

Mix tofu, kidney beans, parsley, remaining oil, water and onion mixture.

Blend with a hand blender or a blender until uniform.

Season the sausage spread with salt and pepper to taste.
