Instructions:

Boil the potatoes until soft and press with a potato ricer.

Finely grate the carrots and zucchini.

Boil broccoli briefly and cut into small pieces.

Peel and finely dice the onion.

Mix all ingredients to a compact mass, form loafs.

Bake at 180 °C top/bottom heat for approx. 30 minutes or deep-fry in oil.

Drain the vegetable loafs briefly on kitchen paper and serve.
