Try this delicious pasta dish:

Make the pasta al dente in enough salted water for about 10 min and drain. Peel and finely dice the onion and garlic clove. Slightly scrape the mushrooms with a wet dish, shorten the stalks and halve or quarter the mushrooms according to their size. Peel the carrots, rinse the zucchini and remove the stalks and blossoms. Coarsely grate carrots and zucchini.

Heat the fat in a frying pan, add the diced onion and sauté until translucent. Add garlic and mushrooms and fry for 5 min.

Add clear soup and cream cheese and stir through until cheese is melted. Add carrots and zucchini, stir in. Season with salt, pepper and thyme and cook until tender, 5 min.

Remove the fat from the ham, cut into strips and fold into the vegetables with the pasta. Heat and serve with green leaf salad.
