Instructions:

Put pasta in boiling salted water and cook until al dente.

Heat oil in a frying pan.

Peel and chop the onion and fry it, then chop the zucchini and add it to the onion. Divide the bell bell pepper into small pieces as well and add to the pan.

Add the tomato paste, fry briefly and add about 200 ml of water.

Add the peeled, diced and seeded tomatoes and simmer. Season to taste.

When the pasta is ready, pour the sauce over it and serve sprinkled with Parmesan cheese.
