For the vegetable spread, wash the carrot and peel the kohlrabi. Grate both into a bowl. Then stir in the curd and add the mustard and mayonnaise.

Cut open the avocado, remove the pit, scoop out the flesh and mash. Add the avocado flesh to the curd mixture. Peel the onion and chop it very finely.

Now mix everything well and season to taste with salt, pepper and garlic. Finally, stir in a few drops of lemon so that the avocado does not turn brown.
