Instructions:

Defrost strudel dough according to instructions on package. Boil potatoes, peel and strain. Lightly fry the onion. Mix potatoes with onion and vegetables and season to taste with salt, pepper, nutmeg and parsley. Unfold dough sheets and place on a moistened cloth, spread melted butter or margarine between both dough sheets. Spread filling on the bottom half of the dough sheets. Roll up strudel with the help of the cloth and fold both dough ends down. Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper, brush with egg and bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C for about 25 minutes until golden brown.
