Instructions:

A bean recipe for every taste:

Cut the red onion into narrow slices with a sharp knife.

Cut the carrots into narrow slices.

Remove the seeds from the yellow bell pepper and dice it.

Heat the sunflower oil or other vegetable oil in a large preheated wok or heavy skillet.

Add the red onion rings, carrots, and yellow bell bell pepper to the wok form and stir-fry for about 3 minutes.

Add the cooked brown rice, snow peas and bean sprouts to the mixture in the wok form and stir-fry for another 2 min. Stir and toss well to ensure the ingredients are well mixed and the rice grains are separated.

Stir the hoisin sauce into the vegetables and mix well repeatedly until hot.

Transfer to warmed serving plates and sprinkle with freshly chopped chives. Bring to the table immediately.

Garlic, chili and other spices and is popular in Chinese cooking. It can also be used as a dip.
