Instructions:

Preheat oven to 200 °C convection oven.

Wash peppers and zucchini and cut into bite-sized pieces.

Clean the mushrooms, wash them, remove the stems and dry them well. Peel onion and cut into eighths. Dice the tofu. Alternate everything on the skewers as desired.

Heat oil in a frying pan and fry skewers for a few minutes on all sides. Drain on paper towels. Place skewers in a suitable baking dish or on a baking sheet and season with salt and pepper.

Peel and chop garlic. Grate ginger. Chop chives. Mix soy sauce, garlic, ginger, chives, honey, salt and pepper.

Marinate the skewers, let stand for 10 minutes and cook for 15 minutes.
