Choose the vegetables according to season and appetite: carrots – kohlrabi – cucumber – radishes peppers – zucchini – cherry tomatoesFor the veggie sticks with tuna dipping sauce, wash, clean, peel if necessary and cut vegetables into bite-sized oblong sticks. Arrange the sticks decoratively on plates, arranging them by color if desired. For the dipping sauce, blend egg yolks, pickle water, balsamic vinegar, mustard, capers, tuna pieces, basil leaves, garlic and olive oil to a creamy sauce.
