Instructions:

Soak white bread crumbs in milk and whipping cream for an hour. Add the meat, season with salt, pepper and wild garlic paste. Add egg and stir until smooth.

Butter a loaf pan and fill it with the meat mixture.

Roast in the oven heated to 180 degrees for an hour until the mixture is firm and the surface is brown.

To accompany: Mushroom sauce and mashed potatoes.
