Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 180 °C.

Knead all ingredients for the strudel dough with a wooden spoon or food processor until smooth.

While the dough is resting, prepare the curd filling. Mix all the ingredients together well, season to taste and add a little sugar or lemon juice to taste.

Roll out the dough, spread the filling on it, form the strudel and bake in the oven for about 45 minutes. In between, baste with a little egg milk and brush with melted butter.
