Instructions:

For the waffle batter, place all ingredients in a suitable bowl and mix with the whisk of an electric hand mixer on high speed for about 3- 5 min until creamy. Heat a waffle iron and bake the batter into golden brown waffles. For the herb curd, peel the cucumber and cut into small cubes. Rinse and dice the tomatoes, apple and radishes. Clean the spring onions and cut them into fine rings. Rinse the parsley and dill, spin dry and chop finely. Mix the curd cheese together with the milk, linseed oil, salt and pepper until smooth. Add the chopped vegetables and herbs and mix well. Repeatedly season the curd with salt and pepper. Serve the curd separately with the hot or cold waffles or spread it on the waffles beforehand. Garnish the waffles with sliced radishes and chopped parsley.

Our tip: It is best to use fresh herbs for a particularly good flavor!
