For the walnut-banana guglhupf, mash the ripe bananas and sprinkle with lemon juice. Cream the butter until fluffy. Add the eggs, stir in the sugar and vanilla sugar.

Add 1 shot of rum and the milk, stir in the bananas. Add the walnuts. Mix flour with baking powder and fold in.

Pour the dough into a lined cake pan and bake at 160 °C for about 30 minutes.
