Instructions:

Line baking tray with baking paper.

Cut oranges into quarters.

Melt dark chocolate coating according to package directions.

In a separate saucepan, soften white couverture, also according to instructions. Once liquid, color half the amount with turmeric yellow (color intensity to taste).

Pour dark chocolate coating onto prepared tray, smoothing with a palette as needed. Using teaspoons, spread white and yellow couverture over the top in thin lines. Use a wooden stick to “bubble” through until a colorful pattern is formed.

Place orange quarters on top of the still soft chocolate, sprinkle hazelnuts and ginger in between.

Let chocolate harden and break into coarse pieces to taste. Store in a cool place.
