Instructions:

Beat eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar until creamy. Lightly whip the cream and add. Fold in rum and fill into bottles.

The liqueur can be refined as desired with Frusip’s (for milk mix drinks) from the spinning wheel. E.g. with marzipan or nougat. Or simply add cocoa powder.

You can of course also refine with amaretto or possibly mocha liqueur – it’s just a bit more “high-proof”.
