For the whiskey whipped cream liqueur, put chocolate, sugar, egg and 200 g whipped cream in a saucepan and mix.

Heat to 90°C and keep stirring. When the mixture reaches 90°C, stir in the whiskey and the remaining whipped cream.

Pour the whiskey whipped cream liqueur into clean bottles while still hot.
