For the white chocolate cream, melt the chocolate and let it cool. Stir the crème fraîche into the warm chocolate. Then whip the whipped cream until stiff and fold into the chocolate mixture.

Divide among three dessert glasses, garnish with chocolate flakes and zebra rolls and chill.
