Instructions:

For white rum balls, heat whipping cream in a water bath, add butter and melt white chocolate in it. Stir everything well. Finely crumble the rusk and sprinkle with white rum.

Mix the cooled chocolate mixture with the rusk and the ground almonds. Refrigerate the mixture for a good hour.

Form small balls from the solid mass and roll in coconut flakes.
