Instructions:

Cook the bread dough from wheat and yeast, salt, rye flour, water, honey and oil. The ingredients must be thoroughly kneaded to a smooth dough.

Then form it into a rectangular block, which is filled into a greased loaf pan. Cover with a wet kitchen towel and leave to rise for about 2 hours. The volume should have increased significantly. (However, this dough does not rise as much as the one for wheat or whole wheat bread).

Preheat the oven to 200 °C. Bake the bread in the heated oven for about 50 minutes until it is cooked and has a nice brown crust.

After baking, turn out onto a wire rack and cool.
