Instructions:

For the wholemeal rye rolls, knead all ingredients with the dough hooks (dough must come away from the bowl). Allow to rise to double the amount of dough. Shape into rolls and dust with a little flour.

Let rise again for at least 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 180 °C convection oven. Put the bowl of water in and bake the rolls for about 35 minutes on the middle shelf.
