Have you tried this delicious recipe with red wine?

Marinate the meat for one night in a marinade of wine and 5-6 cloves.

A day later, remove, dry and put in a Reindl form with some thyme, butter flakes, bay leaf and 3-4 cloves.

Cover and steam gently for 7 minutes on each side.

In the meantime, mash an unpeeled apple half with 50 g of olive oil, half a teaspoon of mustard, half a teaspoon of juice of a lemon, salt and pepper. Cut the second apple half into wedges. Serve the meat hot together with applesauce and apple slices.
