Instructions:

For the wild garlic quiche with mushrooms and tomatoes, first prepare the dough. Mix the ingredients for the dough, knead for a few minutes and let rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Wash the tomatoes and cut them in half. Clean mushrooms and cut into slices. Wash wild garlic and cut into fine strips. Preheat oven to 200 °C top and bottom heat.

Mix silken tofu with oil, cornstarch, herbs, parmesan and spices. Mix in wild garlic strips. Roll out the dough into a round and place in the quiche dish, raising a rim. Pre-bake for 10 minutes.

Then spread the mushrooms on top, cover with the wild garlic cream and place the halved cocktail tomatoes on top. Bake for 20 minutes. Reduce the temperature to 180 °C and finish baking the quiche for 15 minutes.

Let the wild garlic quiche with mushrooms and tomatoes rest for 10 minutes before cutting and then serve.
