Instructions:

For wind rings, first beat the egg whites until stiff. Mix granulated sugar with cornstarch and slowly add to the whipped cream. Add food coloring as desired. Continue beating until the mixture has a nice sheen.

Fill into a piping bag with a large star nozzle and pipe rings onto baking sheets. Decorate with sugar sprinkles or sugar pearls as desired. Preheat oven to 90 °C hot air. Place a maximum of 3 trays in the oven at the same time and allow the rings to dry for approx. 4 hours. Clamp a wooden spoon in the door so that the moisture can always be drawn off well.

Allow wind rings to cool.
