For a good l of syrup take a l of natural apple juice without sugar and a bunch of woodruff in it.

infuse for 15 minutes. Next, drain and briefly heat the herbal juice with the brown sugar, or possibly honey on the kitchen stove.

Fill into bottles while still hot. The syrup is filled with mineral water in a ratio of 1:4.

Our tip: It is best to use fresh herbs for a particularly good aroma!
