Instructions:

For the wraps, prepare the wrap dough first.

To do this, make a creamy batter from all the ingredients and bake in a little oil in a frying pan to form patties.

Spread the individual patties on a piece of aluminum foil and spread a thin layer of cream. To do this, peel and pit the avocado and squeeze it through a fine sieve. Stir through with sour cream and season to taste.

Cut kitchen herbs or leaf lettuce into tender strips and spread evenly on top. Top with sausage, vegetables or cheese as desired.

Now fold over the lower, first third of the wrap and form it into a tight roll. Roll up with aluminum foil and store until cooled. For a buffet, unwrap the wrap and cut into slices.
