Instructions:

Beat the yogurt, oil, eggs and sugar with a mixer until very fluffy.

Fold in the flour sifted with baking powder.

Pour into a greased and floured loaf pan and bake the yogurt cake at 180 °C in a preheated oven for about 50 minutes.
