The sauce: finely chop the onions and gherkins and saute. Put in a saucepan and add yogurt. Cook for about 15 minutes. Season with stock cube and a little bit of juice of a lemon.
The cutlets: Season the cutlets with salt, bell pepper and paprika. Fry them in a frying pan.
Serve with boiled potatoes, Schnitzel and potatoes on a plate, sauce on top and garnish with parsley. Let`s taste you Reiner
