Instructions:

For the yolk biscuits, cream the butter with the powdered sugar and then add the yolks one by one. Finally, stir in the flour.

Pour the mixture into a piping bag and pipe the yolks onto a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake at 190°C for approx. 10 minutes.

When cooled down, put 2 yolk balls with jam together.
