For the zucchini casserole with feta cheese, first prepare the béchamel with oil, flour and milk. Then cut the zucchini into slices about 1/2 cm thick.
In a pan, fry the onion cut into rings and add the finely chopped garlic. Add the minced meat, continue to sauté, season lightly with salt, turmeric and pepper and add 1/8 l of water.
Pour the béchamel into a baking dish, cover with a layer of zucchini, top with a layer of minced meat, add a few pieces of chopped cheese and finally the béchamel.
Repeat until everything is used up. Sprinkle with feta cheese and bake in the oven at 220 °C for about 30 minutes. Leave to cool. Cut the zucchini casserole with feta cheese into pieces and serve.
