Have you tried this zucchini recipe?
Mix all ingredients (except oil) into a thick batter, let batter rest in about half an hour. Break pistils from flowers, dip in batter and bake for 2 to 3 min floating in frying fat until done. Offer warm as entrée. Possibly drizzle a little balsamic vinegar over them.
