For the zucchini goulash, lightly fry onion, garlic in oil, add zucchini and sausage slices.

Stir in paprika powder and flour and immediately pour in soup.

Season goulash with salt and pepper, cook over low heat for about 8 minutes, stirring frequently.

Stir in sour cream and boil the zucchini goulash again for 1 minute.
