For the zucchini goulash with frankfurter, wash the zucchini, remove the seeds and cut into cubes. Peel and chop the onion and garlic.

Heat the oil in a pan, lightly fry the onion and garlic in it, add the zucchini cubes, stir in the paprika and flour and immediately pour in hot soup.

Stir in the tomato paste and season with salt and pepper. Let the goulash simmer gently for 20 minutes.

In the meantime, slice the frankfurters, add to the goulash and simmer for another 10 minutes.

Season the zucchini goulash with frankfurters with salt and pepper and refine with sour cream.
