For the zucchini in prosciutto coat, wash zucchini, rub dry, cut away flower and stem end. Cut in half lengthwise.

Pluck the oregano and thyme leaves from the stems and chop finely. Mix the chopped herbs with lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper to make a marinade. Brush the zucchini halves with the marinade.

Wrap each zucchini half with 3 slices of prosciutto. Tear off or cut 4 pieces of aluminum foil the length of the zucchini. Place the rolled zucchini on the aluminum foil and wrap with the foil.

Grill on a hot grill for about 20 minutes. Unwrap the prosciutto-coated zucchini from the foil and arrange on plates.
