For the zucchini mozzarella loaf, finely chop the herbs. Peel the garlic clove and chop finely as well. Wash the zucchini and finely dice. Grate the mozzarella.

Preheat the oven to 180 °C top/bottom heat or 160 °C hot air.

In a saucepan, sauté the garlic and zucchini in a little oil. Place the lid on top and sauté for about 15 minutes until soft. Season with paprika powder, salt and pepper.

Mix mozzarella, zucchini, herbs, eggs and breadcrumbs and season well again.

Place 4 dessert rings on a baking sheet and spread the mixture evenly on them. Place the zucchini-mozzarella loafs in the oven for about 15 minutes.
