For the zucchini pan, thinly slice onions and zucchini and sauté with oil in a pan. Remove from the pan and brown the minced meat in it.
Add Parmesan cheese, tomato ketchup, juice of one lemon and herbs and sauté for another 10 minutes.
Add the onion-zucchini mixture and the tomatoes cut into pieces and fry for another 10 minutes.
Serve the zucchini pan in the pan!
