A great cake recipe for any occasion:

1. Rinse, clean and coarsely grate zucchini. Scald tomatoes, skin and cut in half. Mix eggs with salt and nutmeg. Mix zucchini and cheese into the eggs.

Butter a high-sided ovenproof dish and pour in the zucchini and egg mixture. Put the tomatoes on top and bake on the middle shelf of the oven at 180 °C for half an hour.
