For the zucchini sauce, peel zucchini, leaving some peel on the zucchini. In a saucepan, heat oil and sauté onion.
Add the chopped zucchini. Then add a little water. Add salt, garlic, chili powder and finish steaming.
Puree the zucchini with a blender and thicken with cream and flour to a zucchini sauce.
